The Pancake Breakfast has been moved to a Crawfish Boil.

Pancake breakfast will be something for the future as a fundraiser because I think it will be fun.  I’m sure there will be a cause that will need it.  In the last year, we have done something annually, unfortunately.  I don’t like to have to do things for these reasons but very thankful that we have a wonderful organization that has amazing support that allows us to give back and work together. 

Here are the new details for the Pitre Family Fundraiser:

April 21st Crawfish Boil from 3 pm until they run out

$10 a pound

Silent Auction Items will be starting at 8:30 am with just forms on display with the ability for people to bid while we have the most traffic at the ballpark.  Then items will join at the crawfish boil so that the table can be manned.  Silent Auction will end at 5 pm.  I will post my phone number so that parents/families can check with me on pricing in case they want to up their bid from afar.  (512) 947-8908.  Please keep collecting items or sending people and information my direction that is interested in donating to the silent auction.
