Parents,

When you registered your player for the fall season you completed a COVID-19 Waiver / Release of Claims for Illness or Death for the player. Due to COVID-19, we will also require the waiver to be signed/completed by all coaches, umpires, siblings, and spectators. Anyone that enters the complex without completing this waiver is considered trespassing. Sorry for any harsh tones, but it is important for the complex that this form is completed by everyone.
